I'm really pleased to announce the release of EZ Clubs V2 for Joomla 3.0x today.  EZ Clubs V2 has had a make-over as part of its upgrade, so it now has a fully responsive design - as well as support for frontend member listings via EZ Portal.  Check out the EZ Clubs demo site at www.ezclubs.co, and the EZ Clubs V2 features are as follows:-

I've released EZ Portal 3.0.1 today, which is a small update that includes frontend expansion to support EZ Clubs listings management and some new configuration settings and minor changes to improve its responsive design look. New configuration settings include the option to enable additional "bootstrap" styling - which means EZ Portal will display correctly if you're using a Joomla template which isn't a responsive design. I've also included new icon colour settings, as I've noticed that Joomla templates vary in how they control icon colour.

I'm on a roll today with upgrades, and have released 2 upgrades for EZ Portal.  First - there's EZ Portal 2.2.4 for the Joomla 1.7/2.5x system, and then - there's EZ Portal V3 for the Joomla 3.0x system.  Just like EZ Realty and EZ Autos V7x - EZ Portal V3x has been a major rewrite to give it a new responsive design based on the Twitter Bootstrap system.  You can see EZ Portal's seller profiling support over on the EZ Realty and EZ Autos demonstration sites for Joomla 3.0x. EZ Autos V7 represents the next step in its development road-map - so like EZ Realty - there have been a couple of big changes - including the move of multi-dealer profiling across to EZ Portal to eliminate the confusion from this duplication. New features include chained category support - so you can chain vehicle makes to a specific category, full copy support, new menu creation options such as categories, makes and models with spotlight items, and support to upload QR code graphics. After months of work, a couple of delays due to things like dental surgery and its after-effects, and a lot of anxiety over features and design options - I'm really pleased to announce the release of EZ Realty V7 for Joomla 3.0x.  EZ Realty V7 represents the next step in the development road-map - so there have been a couple of big changes - including the move of multi-agent profiling across to EZ Portal to eliminate the confusion from this duplication.  New features include multi-category support, full copy support, new menu creation options such as categories, states and suburbs with spotlight items, and support to upload floorplans, EPC certificates and QR code graphics.  Check out the temporary EZ Realty V7 demo site here.  The main features of EZ Realty V7 are as follows:-

Recent changes to the Google mapping api have caused some problems to crop up with save functions that normally generate decimal coordinates for an address.  This problem may cause your browser to stall when trying to save a listing, you may receive a server 500 error, or you may find you're unable to make changes to an existing listing.

After a year in the works in-between everything else that I do - I'm pleased to announce the pre-launch of RealestateNow.co.  This will be both an operational property listings portal - and a live proving grounds for the development of mobile technology and web-based services associated with my software.

I've released EZ Autos 6.11.2 this evening, which is a small bugfix upgrade to address the missing $year variable on the full details page layout.

If your initial installation of EZ Autos was version 6.10.0 or later using the pkg_com_ezautos_xxxx_new_install.zip package - you should be able to upgrade your EZ Autos installation by running the pkg_com_ezautos_6.11.2_new_install.zip through the Joomla extensions installer.  This should install the new version over the top of the old version.
